Maria is the director of health informatics and information management services for UCLA Health System in Los Angeles, CA. Maria looks for opportunities to bring people together on emerging topics and technologies in the healthcare space and is engaged in advanced thought leadership in health IT governance, data integrity and innovative technologies that aim to improve patients鈥� experience in navigating their healthcare journey. She writes and presents frequently on topics that influence healthcare and the profession, including strategic change management, leadership development, health informatics and governance, and operational and technology integrations.
