Grissel is a seasoned professional in the field of Health Information Management with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Premium Management RADV Manager at Medical Card System, Inc. in San Juan, PR, Grissel oversees the preparation and monitoring of work plans for Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) audits mandated by CMS and other regulatory entities. Grissel's extensive background includes roles such as Pre-Audit Manager and Coding and Benefits Specialist at the same organization, and as HIM Director at various healthcare settings in Puerto Rico. With a HIM master鈥檚 degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Grissel holds various 小黄鸭视频 certifications, including RHIA, CCS, CCS-P and CDIP, highlighting her commitment to excellence in health information management.
