Leslie鈥檚 experience includes over two decades of specializing in governance, compliance, legal advocacy, intellectual property, and employment law for non-profit organizations, most recently with the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. At ACEP, Leslie oversaw all legal matters, provided guidance to its Board of Directors and executive staff, and served as the primary liaison and manager for the Ethics and Bylaws Committees.
