Sharing SDOH Data in the Pediatric Setting: Challenges and Triumphs
To improve health outcomes in pediatrics, we must understand what is happening in children鈥檚 day-to-day lives outside of the healthcare they are receiving. Those circumstances, referred to as the social determinants of health (SDOH), significantly affect individual and community health and healthcare outcomes. When SDOH data is appropriately collected, used, and securely shared, the entire healthcare team can gain insight into various elements that make up a child鈥檚 medical and non-medical story, allowing them to work on improving that individual's overall health and well-being.
Join us for the first Data for Better Health庐 virtual Data Break of 2026, Sharing SDOH Data in the Pediatric Setting, February 27 at noon CT.
