Exam Bulk Orders for Your Team

If you鈥檙e looking to certify multiple team members, 小黄鸭视频 offers the option to order exams in bulk. This allows your organization to easily purchase exams using company funds (credit cards only). Our bulk order system makes the process simple, while still following the same exam policies and procedures.

Instructions for How to Use Coupon Codes:

Each coupon code is good for one-time use only and examinees will have up to a year to use.

1. The coupon codes should be distributed to the individuals taking the exam. Please note it is important to make the examinee aware that the code becomes active once they submit their exam order. Once the exam order is placed, the examinee will have four months from the date their exam is approved to take the exam.
2. If an Early Testing form is needed (RHIT or RHIA ONLY), please upload the completed form to the early testing section of the application. This form should be uploaded at the time of the application.
3. If the examinee does not have an 小黄鸭视频 account, they must .
4. Once the account is created, the examinee should click on certification and select their country. Once the country is selected, the examinee should select the exam of choice. The examinee will be prompted to complete the application.
5. Once the application is complete, it will direct the examinee to the payment page. The examinee should enter their coupon code in the promotional code box and press submit.
6. After they submit their order, the examinee will receive a confirmation email explaining the next steps.
7. If you have applied for the RHIT or RHIA exam and you have not requested to test early, your exam will be approved upon receipt and acceptance of your official transcripts.
8. An Authorization to Test letter will come directly from Pearson VUE within five business days via email.

Instructions for Bulk Ordering:

1. Organizations that want to purchase exams in bulk should complete the bulk order form and email it to ExamBulkOrders@ahima.org. Once your form is sent, you will receive an invoice from 小黄鸭视频 within 72 business hours. This invoice will require payment (credit cards only) within seven business days from the date of the invoice. Payment will be processed within 10 business days.
2. Once 小黄鸭视频 receives and processes your payment, you will receive an email with a coupon code for each exam purchased via email within 10 business days. (Example: If you purchase 15 exams, you will receive 15 coupon codes).
